Proprietary technology, built for the mission.
Software should be requirement-driven, shaped to the mission it serves and the people who run it.
Federal Portfolio
Hosted, maintained, and supported by Hydra.
Hydra Procurement
AI-assisted purchasing for facility and government buyers.
An estimator that scopes a request in plain language, sources real pricing, and carries the order through approval, purchase, and delivery. Used in production today.
Hydra Wayfinder
Interactive wayfinding for complex campuses.
Destination search and turn-by-turn routing across floors and between buildings, in any browser, with written directions as a first-class output.
Wemuster
Live, instructor-led wellness over two-way video.
Real classes at set times with an instructor who can see you, capped small enough that instruction stays personal. Community is the product. Video is the medium.
Our capabilities go beyond what comes off the shelf.
Hydra goes beyond for our customers and the people who use what we build, whether that means shaping an existing platform to an exact requirement or developing something new from the ground up. As an SBA-registered small business, we move faster, build closer to the requirement, and put senior people on the work.
Tailored to the requirement
Hydra adapts its own platforms to how an organization actually operates: its categories, its approval path, its forms, its vocabulary. The work happens in our codebase, so a change requested this week can ship this week.
Built new when nothing fits
When no product on the market covers the requirement, Hydra writes one. Hydra Procurement, Hydra Wayfinder, and Wemuster each began as a government requirement with no acceptable off-the-shelf answer.
Small business, senior team
Every engagement runs with senior engineers on the work rather than a layered delivery pyramid. Small-business overhead is why a custom build at Hydra reaches production sooner and costs less than the same scope at a large vendor.
The future is models built for a specific job.
Hydra builds models trained on your own business data and deploys an industry expert to implement them inside your operation. Most organizations already understand that AI can unlock real efficiency. Far fewer have an answer for what happens when every task is answered by a general model billed by the token, a cost that climbs with adoption while buying the same capability every competitor is renting.
Start with the work
We map the decisions your people make every day and find the ones where a model measurably improves the outcome. If your data will not carry a requirement, you hear that in week two rather than after the spend.
Train on your data
Your records, your history, your standards, your vocabulary. The result is a model that knows how your organization operates, evaluated against cases you agree in advance so performance is a number rather than an impression.
An expert implements it
Hydra deploys a specialist in your industry who works alongside your team through first real use, sets the guardrails, trains the operators, and stays until the system runs without us.
It compounds
Every correction and every new record makes the model sharper at the job you bought it for. The model, the weights, and the evaluation set are yours, so the value accrues to your business rather than to a per-seat license.
A general model is a rental. A model trained on your own work is an asset that scales, learns, and grows more valuable every year.
Owned end to end.
One organization is accountable for the platform, the hosting, and the support call. There is no vendor chain to escalate through.
Hosted and maintained
Hosting, monitoring, security patching, software updates, and technical support are included in the subscription. There is no separate maintenance contract to negotiate.
No network integration required
Our platforms run on infrastructure we control. Customers reach them over the public web, which keeps the security review proportionate to the actual risk.
Changed by us, not by a ticket queue
When a customer needs the platform to work differently, the change is ours to make. No third-party roadmap sits between the requirement and the release.
Ownership and data rights
Each Hydra platform is Hydra-owned commercial software, developed and maintained at Hydra private expense rather than with government funding. Customers acquire the right to access and use the platform during the period of performance. No rights in the underlying software transfer, and Hydra retains the right to offer the platform to other customers.
Customer utilization data belongs to the customer. The platform belongs to Hydra.
