Who actually fulfills the order?
Hydra does. We purchase from the supplier and have it shipped to the facility, so the purchaser deals with one vendor and one invoice instead of five.
What does the platform cost?
Nothing on its own. There is no licence, seat charge, or subscription for purchasing. The price shown on each option is all-in and it is the price invoiced.
Can our whole facility use one account?
Yes. A facility gets its own account with a separate login for each purchaser, shared order history, and a catalog curated for the site. Invite a colleague and they are buying the same day.
What do we have to integrate?
Nothing. Hydra runs in the browser on infrastructure we operate. There is no software to install, no connection to your network, and no data exchange to arrange.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, on approved accounts. Card on file and invoice terms are both supported, set per facility rather than per order.
